If you have not received your statement credit after 3 business days, please first contact your financial institution for assistance. The merchant of record for the statement credit will show as “Payouts Network”.
If your financial institution is unable to assist you, please contact us at support@payoutsnetwork.com and provide us with your full name, the email address associated with your voucher(s) and the dollar value of the statement credit you are expecting.
If you did not receive a redemption confirmation via SMS or email and believe you made a qualifying purchase, please contact us at support@payoutsnetwork.com and provide us with a receipt for the transaction you want us to review, your full name and the email address associated with your voucher.
