Why can't I add my card when trying to accept an Instant Payout?
If your card is returning an error when attempting to claim an instant payout, please ensure that you are entering all of the required fields such as full card number, expiration date and the name associated with your card. Also ensure to check "Save my card for future use. By checking this box you agree to our Terms of Service"
The name associated with your instant payout does not have to match the name associated with your Instant Payout.

What cards do you support for Instant Payouts?
Only Visa and Mastercard debit cards are eligible for Instant Payouts.
At this time, international debit cards are not supported for all payouts. Depending on the Instant Payout issuer, some international cards may be accepted.
If you receive an error when trying to claim funds with an international debit card, that card cannot be accepted for your payout. In that case, we recommend claiming your funds to a digital prepaid card instead.

Most U.S.-issued Visa and Mastercard debit cards are supported, including many reloadable prepaid debit cards such as Visa MyVanilla, Netspend, and Green Dot. However, some cards may be ineligible.
If your card meets these requirements but is not accepted, please contact your card-issuing bank to confirm that your account is in good standing or contact support by submit a form located here.
