How do I load my Prepaid Card into my Wallet?
- Open your Instant Payout email from Payouts Network and select Claim Your Payout.
2. After opening the payout link, enter the requested information, such as your phone number, to confirm your identity. Choose Digital Prepaid Card as your payout method. Enter your address, if prompted.
Review and confirm your payout details.
3. Confirm the prepaid card selection, payout amount, and address. Then select Transfer Funds to Prepaid Card. Review and accept Payouts Network’s terms and consent screens.
4. Proceed to your email inbox and search for an email that reads, "You're prepaid card has been delivered". Once you click, "Access my card", you’ll then be directed to dash.digital to continue setup.
5. Enter the requested information, complete two-step verification, and enter the verification code sent to you. Review the Dash Solutions Terms & Conditions. You must select View Full Details and review each section before moving forward. If you do not have proxy number, please submit a form located here for assistance)
6. Create and confirm a 4-digit PIN for your digital prepaid card. Once your account is activated, select Add to Wallet and follow the prompts to add the prepaid card to your mobile wallet. (Note that you may use your virtual card without a PIN. If a store asks for a PIN, select “Credit” at the merchant so that the transaction processes as credit.)
Why don't I have a "Add to Wallet" Button?
Once a card has been added to the wallet, the “Add to Wallet” button will no longer be visible to you on the main page.
How do I use my Prepaid Card to make a purchase?
1. You can use the card in-store anywhere contactless payments are accepted by opening your mobile wallet and holding your phone near the contactless reader. For online purchases, you can manually enter the card details.
Access your virtual card information by clicking the "View Card Numbers" button on your dash.digital dashboard. From there, enter the information at the online retailer as you would a physical card.
