When does my voucher expire?
You can find the time allowed to use your voucher in your voucher delivery email or during the voucher linking flow.
Once, your voucher has been linked, it is ready to use. Your voucher validity period begins when the voucher is sent to your email address, regardless of when it is activated.
Who do I contact if my voucher expires before I can use it?
Payouts Network is simply a payment processor for your voucher issuer. If you voucher expired before you can utilize it, please contact the issuer of your voucher. We do not have the authorization to reissue your voucher.
