How do I redeem my voucher?
Once your voucher is delivered to your email address, you can activate it by clicking "Activate your voucher".
You will be directed to your card linking page where you can view all of your voucher details including, how to link your card, where to make a qualifying purchase and the last day your voucher is available for use.
Once you click, "Link Card & Activate", you can enter your US based Visa or Mastercard. If you card is not accepted please visit this page for assistance.
After your card is linked, you are ready to make your purchase to redeem your voucher! To redeem your voucher, use your activated card, at a qualifying merchant before your voucher expires.
Where can I redeem my voucher?
Each voucher is subject to its own list of valid redemption locations/qualifying merchants or categories as displayed on the voucher activation webpage.
Your voucher can only be redeemed in-store unless otherwise specified in the merchant list.
Generally:
If you were issued a Meal Voucher, it is valid for use at any US located restaurant. This includes locations in or outside of airports and fast food or sit-down restaurants. This does NOT include alcohol based merchants such as bars, saloons, breweries, taverns, lounges, etc.
If you received a baggage/retail voucher, it is valid for redemption at any store in the US under the following categories: Clothing Stores, Footwear Stores, Sporting Goods Store or Bike Shops, Supermarkets, Drug Stores or Pharmacies, Office Supply Stores.
If you were issued a hotel/lodging voucher, it is valid for use at any US located lodging provider. Such as hotel groups, motels, Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
If you were issued a transportation voucher, it is valid for use at any public transportation service provider. Taxi, Uber, Lyft, buses, subways, etc.
Please note you will only receive a statement credit if you make a qualifying purchase at a qualifying merchant location or a qualifying merchant category.
Can I redeem my voucher multiple times?
As long as you have a remaining balance on your voucher and it has not yet expired, you can redeem at multiple redemption locations.
