Is my card information safe?
Yes. Our platform leverages PCI-compliant data storage and a 3rd party vault to keep card data secure and anonymized. No card data ever comes to rest in the Payouts Network platform.
We will never ask you for additional sensitive information such as social security number, passwords, etc. If you are asked for this type of information, please email us at support@payoutsnetwork.com right away.
Why do you need my card number?
Payouts Network partners with companies to deliver digital vouchers. To make redemption easy, Payouts Network links your voucher to your existing credit or debit card.
This means your digital voucher is always with you and cannot be lost, stolen, or forgotten. It also allows your voucher to be redeemed automatically when you use your card as usual at a qualifying merchant location.
If would like to request an alternative form of compensation or payment, please contact your voucher issuing company.
