Updating the card on file for your voucher
The card you used to link your voucher needs to be used in your transaction in order for a redemption to occur. If you need to change the card you linked to your voucher or add a second card, use this link: https://profile.payoutsnetwork.com/login
Alternatively go to your email that states "Your voucher is ready to use!". At the bottom, you will see a link to "Unenroll or manage your card here". In the following screen, be sure to enter the email that your voucher was sent to and a link will be sent to your email address to manage your cards on file.
Why am I receiving an error when trying to link my card?
If you received a linking error, it could be because the card you are trying to use is not eligible.
Not all cards are eligible. For example, international cards, corporate and purchasing cards, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards, government-administered prepaid cards (including EBT cards), insurance prepaid cards, Visa Buxx, and other cards whose transactions are not processed through the payment networks own system are not eligible.
If you do not have an eligible card, please contact the company that issued your voucher for further assistance as Payouts Network is unable to assist you with this.
