In order for you to use your debit card to redeem your voucher, you must run the debit card as a credit card.
Do not use a Personal Identification Number (PIN) when paying for your qualifying purchases with your linked card if you want the transaction to redeem your offer. Here are a couple of tips that will help you choose “credit” every time.
- After you insert your card and the terminal asks for your PIN, just hit the “Enter” button (usually green). This will run your card as credit.
- If you are using a self-checkout terminal, select “credit” as your method of payment and use your debit card to pay.
- If you’re asked to choose between “U.S. Debit” and “Visa Debit,” choose “Visa Debit" This will run your card through Visa’s credit network.
